BIO
I'm a London-based writer. I'm represented by Eli Keren at London United Agents.
I hold a PhD in Sociology from the University of Cambridge, where I studied the technological transformation of human reproduction. I now write both non-fiction and fiction about the cultural dimensions of biology and bodies. In addition to my books, I run writing workshops and lecture, and collaborate with scientists and artists to produce exhibitions that conjure new social worlds.
SPEAKING AND HOSTING
I am available for speaking and hosting engagements in the areas of gender and health, reproductive rights, and biomedicine.
I have spoken on panels, at science festivals, and have orchestrated and moderated collaborative discussions with world-renowned artists, academics and members of the public in the area of biomedicine.
Some beautiful work has emerged from these discussions.
